"Purchase at your dealership"

Dear Mr. Wheeler:

    Yesterday my husband and I were looking at cars at your dealership in Fremont.  To be honest, I hate shopping for cars because more often than not car saelsman are truly annoying.  I had a very wonderful experience dealing with your salesperson and finance people.  In particular, Ismael Dastagirzada is part of the reason I ended my search and purchased a car at your dealership.  He was extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and he gave me a new image of car salesmen.  I don't typically send my complaints or compliments to bosses, but this time is different because I received such wonderful service from your entire staff and I thought you should know.  The next time I am in need of a vehicle I will return to your dealership and hope Mr. Dastagirzada will be able to sell me another car and if not him, someone who is just as competent, friendly and helpful.


By the way,  I bought a great car too!
